6. Laying of engineered wood (laminate-type) flooring: bedroom (approx 16 sq
m), lounge (approx 16 sq m), hall (approx 4 sq m).
7. Hot water cylinder (approx 180 L) needs lower immersion heater replaced;
remove any limescale at same time. |
