Often just one lead can
pay for a whole
year
(but you'll get many more than that!)
"I filled in the application Thursday... posted
the cheque on Friday.. on Saturday morning I got a call... I
quoted and got the go ahead on Saturday afternoon for £350 worth
of work with a possibility of extra! An excellent (immediate)
return on the fee." Terry (Woking). Terry adds "Just
finished my first job from the network today. The customer was
very pleased. The
total bill including materials was £610. Not bad
considering I only joined last Thursday".

Two types
of
Enquiry: 1. home maintenance. 2. general
handyman.
1. A fairly typical

Replace defective guttering/joint £40.00.
We have new tenants moving in today so can you please contact

on
(number removed) to arrange for access. Many thanks [TOTAL £470.00] (materials=£220?
£250 for labour. Not bad for a days work! Ed.)
2. A fairly typical
example for a general handyman enquiry
Below are a
selection of the enquiries generated for one
area during a
six week period. The potential value (e.v.) of £8,200 is estimated
conservatively and does not include
telephone enquiries or
ongoing work gained (as seen in the feedback above). Assuming parity, over a 12 month period the
value of enquiries is
£71,066*

I have been with the Network for one month now, I have
taken orders for £4,000 directly from contacts made. This figure
excludes materials, or any further work that I am likely to get
from these same people, and the phone just keeps ringing.... Many
thanks for your support. Terry
(Woking).
I recently won a
contract for maintenance and landscaping at a Retail Park through
the network, the value is approx £700 per month...
Barry (Worcester). [A years income from these leads alone would
pay 10 years and 20+ years of membership fees at the entry level.
This is not uncommon!]
As with any internet site I read all the information that you
placed on the site with regards to potential work, costing and
general information. I was sceptical
as I am with all internet sites that this was another waste of
time. I was very wrong, the site has saved me time and time
again with inquiries from people from all over the country that
either have a property in High Wycombe or have a relative in
Wycombe and need work as well as people that obviously live in
Wycombe. The information that you gave was 100% correct, there was
not misleading information, on the contrary the information that
you and the other members gave was very good and has helped a lot.
For the amount of money that you charge I believe that we members
get very good value for money and would like to thank you
for that. David, High
Wycombe.
