The process after enquiries have been made:

A member should be in touch very soon
but please bear in mind that most are out during the day. In the case where your local team cannot
help the work is offered to the next nearest team.
In a situation where none are available you should receive an email after 36
hours (if you include your email). If not we will notify you by phone
when a team is available.

If within 48 hours none of our team members are currently available to
assist you we will endeavour to find a handyman via our bulletin boards and
personal contact. These may not necessarily be
members of our network but will have agreed to our quality controls.
